India

Writing on one’s own country can be easy also and at the same time a tough task. India a land of unity in diversity, a country of rich tradition, culture and inventions and great people. It is a vast country wherein various nations of different beliefs are bundled together to give a definite shape. Perhaps it is the only country in the world which has assimilated so many contradicting beliefs, religions and traditions in one rope.
In today’s world where casteism has taken a ugly shape imagining a country like India is really a whim.
Every country in this world has got its own beliefs and they hardly can accept the beliefs of other people. But in our country every one has got right to practice its religion in the way it wants. We have got largest number of temple of crores of Gods and Goddesses.
Still we respect each other and accept as they are. But then for how long will it be possible. We can see some faction demanding their separate state; we have already witnessed some pie added to the already existing cake. We have also seen various cities have got their name change. We have seen political parties emphasizing on their culture people, language and values. Some where people have started keeping the state and the religion before national interest and jeopardizing the unity of the country.
This is not the only challenge affecting our country. There are various other challenges which can dealt a great blow to the country’s existence. These are-
Terrorism- there is nothing to be said on this
Politics and its dark side- we have largest number of political parties which are more of a religious faction then a national party. The fight just to fulfill their mean interest without giving damn to the nation.
Our values- yes somehow and somewhere our values are also affecting us. We are too compromising, people blessed with weak memories when it comes to remembering the blows dealt on us by the foreigners. Whenever some incidence of terror attack happens we just forget everything the very next day. All these things are taken for granted.
Internal conflicts, internal act of terrorism
Lack of education and lack of sense of responsibility for own country and the list goes on.
I am not criticizing India as man people do. Infact I consider myself blessed to be born in this country but then we have to leverage upon this blessing and fight against various evils afflicting our country
